I had a fantastic evening tonight talking at the Windows of the Soul Symposium, in connection with Moorfields Eye Hospital and Bloomsbury Arts festival. The participating artists of Windows of the Soul were blind or partially sighted and had created work about there perspective of the world, or their eye condition. We had a panel discussion to a packed out room, with an amazing atmosphere.
For me my art is a way to document my sight loss, show people how beautiful my world is and that my perspective is just as valid as any one else and tonight I had the opportunity to say this!
